Selon ce procédé on immerge au moins partiellement l'ensemble constitué de l'extrémité du tube emboîté dans le support dans un bain liquide à une température au moins égale à celle du point de fusion de chacune des résines thermoplastiques. L'invention est particulièrement adaptée à la fabrication des échangeurs thermiques.
