ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus for providing an accurate record of aircraft activity includes a strain gauge for indicating whether the aircraft is airborne or on the ground, an induction coil connected to the tach generator of the aircraft's gas turbine for producing a signal indicative of engine fuel comsumption in percentage of the total fuel and a graphic recorder for receiving the signal and connected to the strain gauge for providing a permanent record of engine operating and aircraft flight times.
