PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention a trait à un procédé de préparation d'un produit sec contenant des microorganismes inclus dans une matrice d'un gel de polymère comprenant les étapes suivantes: - la formation d'un gel de polymère en combinant au moins un polymère du groupe des polysaccharides avec une composition contenant un microorganisme du groupe des mycorhizes et des actinorhizes et - la réticulation au moins partielle dudit polymère, ladite réticulation renfermant lesdits microorganismes dans la matrice dudit gel de polymère; et - le séchage dudit gel de polymère. Ce procédé est utile en agronomie.
