ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device is disclosed for mixing a treatment medium into a suspension, especially cellulose fiber pulp. The device consists of a driven rotor which occupies substantially all of the cross section of a housing for suspension flow and has one or more openings therein for flow of suspension therethrough. In said openings, treatment medium is introduced into the suspension from a cavity in the rotor. The device utilizes the principle of fluidizing of the suspension and is mainly intended for suspensions with about 5-15% solids.
