ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a process for treating plastic structural sheets with a long lasting surfactant. The process encompasses exposing the surface of the sheet to a saturated solution of long lasting surfactant while the surface of the sheet is still tacky. A series of rollers forces the surfactant into the surface and distribute the surfactant uniformly across the sheet. -14-
