ABSTRACT A portable room air-freshener is disclosed consisting of a foranimous box-like base, a foranimous cover with radially extending air directing means on the underside, a battery operated fan and a removeable refreshener element containing a readily volatizeable liquid. In operation, air is inducted into the unit, impinges the refreshener element and travels a short distance to egress through the the cover to deliver the volatized refreshener substance to the environment.
