ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a mobile radio telephone apparatus for use in data communication including a transmitter/receiver, a tone signal generator, a DTMF (dual tone multi-frequency) signal generator, a data terminal, and a data modem interposed between the data terminal, and a data modem interposed between the data terminal and the transmitter/receiver and having a cen- tral processor for controlling data transmission and/or reception, the processing means detecting completion of data transmission and/or reception thereby starting the tone signal generator.
