Le tube selon l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte au moins un élément de renfort externe rigide latéralement remplissant lesdits creux sur une hauteur telle qu'il atteint au moins les zones arrondies et en ce que ledit élément de renfort n'adhère pas aux parois de ladite gaine.
