WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY Abstract of the Disclosure A vehicle wheel cover assembly includes a lightweight folded plastic cover member having a series of axial inwardly extending flanges which are apertured. The wire ring assembly includes cantilevered loops having bight portions which extend outwardly through the openings of the flanges to retain the wire ring assembly to the wheel. Additional bight portions of the loops engage the flanges of the cover member to clamp these flanges to the wheel.
