ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to novel Spergualin- related compounds represented by the general formula [I] Image (I) (wherein X is -(CH2)3-5- or Image R is -H or -CH2OH; R1 is -H, Image or (CH3) 2CHCH2- Image -: R2 is a residue obtained by removing, from an amino acid or peptide, the hydroxyl group of the carboxyl group and, when R1 is a group other than -H, R2 is same as R1), or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. Said compounds or salts thereof have an immuno-modulating action.
