ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A submarine foundation structure consists of three or more supporting struts which are completely submerged. The struts, in the form of a truss, are each supported by a base frame piled into the seabed. All the struts are connected together near their upper ends by means of connecting beams through double hinges. Each of the struts is ballasted at its lower end and is made buoyant at its upper end, so that due to the rigidity of the struts, the foundation structure is stable and in equilibrium on the base frames.
