- 1 - Abstract: A slurry feeding device is disclosed for use in a filter press including at least one pair of first and second filter plates formed with respective first and second slurry holes and a pair of first and second filter cloths interposed between the filter plates. The feeding device includes a pair of first and second plate members respectively formed with first and second through-holes and a plurality of first and second fastening members by which the filter cloths are respectively secured to the plate members. The result is a construction that is easier to clean than prior arrangements, and also simpler in structure and easier and cheaper to manufacture.
