ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An antidandruff hair care composition, e.g. a shampoo, is provided by the present invention. The composition comprises: (a) a water insoluble, particulate antidandruff agent present at a level of from 0.1% to about 4%, said agent being in the form of agglomerates wherein at least 20% of said agglomerates have an equivalent spherical diameter of at least 5 microns; (b) from about 0.2% to about 30% surfactant; and (c) water. The composition is substantially free of polymeric and clay type suspending agents.
