A B S T R A C T A yenetian blind tilt limiter having a base which is fitted into a headrail. The base has an aperture in which a limiter disc rotates and the disc includes an opening for engaging a tilt rod. Stops on the disc cooperate with a cutout on the edge of the aperture to limit rotational movement of the disc.
