ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Unsaturated resins selected from unsaturated polyester resins and divinyl ester resins, useful as molding compounds, are rendered less brittle without deteriorating other properties thereof by mixing therewith a vinyl terminated reactive liquid polymer suitably in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts per 100 parts of the polyester resin: the liquid polymer being a reaction product of a function- ally terminated reactive liquid polymer and an epoxy compound containing both an epoxy and a vinyl group.
