ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In an inductor type welding generator having a stator with an armature winding and a field winding and an inductor type rotor performing magnetic action with the windings of the stator, (1) armature windings for auxiliary power source are wound on the inductor and teeth of the stator core of the generator thus modified are partially cut away, and (2) a plurality of armature windings which are independent of one another are wound on the stator, to provide a plurality of generator elements.
