PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne la préparation des nouveaux dérivés de la 6-amino 7-hydroxy 4,5,6,7-tetrahydroimidazo [4,5,l-j-k] [1] benzazépin-2-(1H)-one ainsi que de leurs sels d'addition avec les acides minéraux ou organiques, de formule: (I) Image R=H, alcoyle C1-C8, eventuellement substitué par hydroxy, aryle ou aryloxy, cycloalcoyle C3-C7 éventuellement inter- rompu par un hétéroatome portant éventuellement un alcoyle C1-C4. Les dérivés (I) et leurs sels non-toxiques correspon- dants sont utiles comme médicaments en raison de leurs pro- priétés antihypertensives, hypotensives et vasodilatatrices.
