ABSTRACT A novel stamping system is designed to reduce significantly the punch removal time. The punch has a central threaded aperture and an access aperture for receiving the ball depressor. The depressor is merely inserted into this access aperture through the cap of the punch into the access aperture of the retainer block to loosen the punch. After it is loosened, a threaded T-wrench is screwed into said central threaded aperture and the punch easily removed.
