ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A binding device for a plurality of elongated pipes is provided which comprises a pair of pipe reception blocks, sleepers interposing the blocks therebetween, and a bundling strap encircling tightly a pair of pipe reception blocks, and the sleepers. The pipe reception block includes two regions, one being the region where concavities are formed and the other being the region where the surface contacting with the sleeper is formed. The former may preferably be made of rigid polyurethane resin, and the latter of a veneer plywood. - 12 -
