ABSTRACT The specification describes an apparatus which includes a mold cavity for use in molding an article such as a bar of soap. The mold cavity, which includes a bottom wall, side walls and end walls, is provided with means for moving at least one of the walls after the article has been formed in the mold so as to permit easy removal of the article therefrom.
