19 ABSTRACT: Community antenna arrangement I - III for a frequency-division multiplex transmission of at least four television signals, comprising a frequency-conver- sion arrangement (C1-Cj, ?1 - ?k) connected to a dis- tribution network (II, III) for converting the channel frequency distribution of the television signals from an input channel pattern to an output channel pattern in which output channel pattern the picture carriers of the television signals succeed each other with frequency spacings of which not more than two consecutive frequency carrier distances in the second output channel pattern to be equal to an integer of a certain frequency interval, the higher order intermodulation products appear at fre- quencies which are mutually spaced over fixed distances of the order of this frequency interval which distances equalize an integer of said frequency interval relative to the picture carriers. According to the invention, this frequency interval must be chosen so that the inter- modulation products predominantly occur in interference- insensitive positions in the TV-signals spectrum, as a result of which the effect of interferences due to inter- modulation is significantly reduced.
