ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electronic apparatus generates a control signal for activating at least one load, and has a voltage comparator for comparing a voltage proportional to that of a power source with a reference voltage and outputting a power-off signal when the level of the power source proportional voltage is smaller than that of the reference voltage. The control signal is sensed to cause an additional difference between the proportional voltage and the reference voltage to inhibit the output of the power- off signal and thus to avoid faulty power-off signals from being caused by the activation of the load.
