ABSTRACT MELATONIN COMPOSITIONS AND USES THEREOF The invention relates a method for conditioning the skin of a human host to improve its cosmetic and physical appearance and for preventing balding. It comprises topically administering to a site on the skin of said host an effective amount of a composition comprising melatonin and a pharmaceutical carrier for causing improvement in the cosmetic and physical appearance of said skin.
