ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a moldable thermoplastic polymer composition having improved low temperature impact resistance which is comprised of a blend of a polyvinyl halide-polyolefin graft copolymer and an ABS polymer; the present compositions have improved flowability, in the molten state and, when molded under conventional temperature and pressure conditions, produce a molded product having improved low temperature impact resistance, tensile strength and flame retardancy. The products have improved high heat distortion temperature character- istics and a desirable gloss or sheen finish.
