ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermoplastic composition comprising poly- sulfone and polyphosphonate is provided characterized by its thermal stability and flame resistance. A preferred embodiment additionally comprising an acrylic rubber interpolymer composite is characterized by its improved impact strength. The compositions are particu- larly suitable as thermoplastic molding compositions.
