CRC-97 ABSTRACT A process for extending and fixing conductors to circuit board base surfaces between pre-established spaced points in straight paths and pre-established spaced points in inflected paths the steps comprising fixing the end of the conductor to the first of the pair of pre-selected points and, while feeding the conductor with a guide, moving the board and guide relative to each other along a straight path to the second of the pair of pre-established points or to an inflection point if the conductor is to be inflected. Where the conductor is to be inflected and is guided to the inflection point, affixing the conductor to the board surface at the inflection point and then inflecting the guide and board relative to each other and moving the board and guide relative to each other in a straight path in a second direction to the next following inflection point. Affixing the conductor to the board surface at the next following inflection point, and repeating the foregoing steps until the conductor has been affixed to the pre-established inflection points in the conductor path and the end of the conductor is at the second of the pair of pre-established points. With the end of the conductor at the second of the pair of points, severing the conductor and fixing the conductor end to the second pre- established point. Repeating the foregoing steps until all of the pre-established spaced points have been interconnected with conductor either in straight or deflected paths. Affixing the conductor to the board blank surface with all adhesive by applying pressure to the conductor pattern.
