ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a matrix-die having a pair of working faces angularly disposed one to another for use in bending plate or the like to provide a selected angular bend in the plate, the improvement comprising: adapting the die to cause at least one of the working faces to be movable relative to the other, thereby to provide a die having angularly adjustable working faces for producing a plurality of selected angular bends in the plate. Also disclosed are methods based on use of the apparatus and a force tool for use therewith.
