COMPOSITE BUILDING PANEL ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This disclosure relates to a novel composite building panel formed as a plurality of generally flat exterior elements defining gaps therebetween and being in generally coplanar relative relationship, adhesive means for at least in part filling the gaps and at least in part covering inner surfaces of the elements, a generally planar sheet of plastic material overlying the plurality of elements and being bonded thereto by the adhesive, a support frame, and connectors for connecting at least one of the elements and the plastic sheet to the support frame for utilization in a building structure.
