THERMOSETTING POLYURETHANE COMPOSITIONS Abstract of the Disclosure Thermosetting polyurethane compositions comprising a polymer having a molecular weight of from 500 to 10,000 and containing from about 0.3 to about 15 percent by weight of one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of -OH, -COOH, -CONH2 and Image and a mixture of monomeric and oligomeric polyfunctional substituted ure- thane compounds, which may be derived by reaction of a polyol and isocyanic acid, followed by methylolation and alkylation. Such compositions may be cured at elevated temperature to produce solvent-resistant coatings.
