ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A silver halide color photosensitive material is processed with a solution having a fixing ability and subsequently processed with a stabilizing solution sub- stantially without undergoing rinsing therebetween. The silver halide color photosensitive material comprises a high boiling point organic solvent having a dielectric constant of 3.5 or more. The surface tension of the stabilizing solution is 20 to 60 dyne/cm.
