Abstract of the Disclosure A building material and method of manufacture thereof wherein the building material comprises a concrete-type mixture containing fibers or other waste products as a component of the mixture, and the method of manufacture includes adding lime in preselected quantities or ratios by volume to the organic waste produce, permitting the limed mixture to season and cure to produce an aggregate material for use in substantially any standard concrete recipe for creating a building material of great strength, which is lightweight and substantially fireproof.
