Abstract Title: Triazole Antifungal Agents A compound of the formula:- Image (I) where R is a phenyl group optionally substituted by 1 to 3 substituents each independently selected from F, Cl, Br, I, CF3, C1-C4 alkyl and C1-C4 alkoxy, or R is a 5-chloropyrid-2-yl group; X is -OH, -F, -Cl or -Br; R1 and R2 are each independently H, CH3 or F; and Het is a 1-tetrazolyl or 2-tetrazolyl group; or an O-ester or O-ether of a compound in which X is -OH; or a pharmaceutically or agriculturally acceptable salt of said compounds and esters and ethers. The compounds are useful as antifungal agents for human, veterinary and agricultural use. PLC 413
