ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A transferably flocked fiber sticker which comprises a number of fibers releasably flocked at one end to a base sheet by release adhesive and a fiber transfer layer applied in a desired design or pattern to the end of the fibers opposite from the end of the fibers releasably flocked to the base sheet. The fiber transfer layer comprises a thermoplastic synthetic resin design adhesive layer with or without hot melt adhesive included therein and a penetrative adhesive layer applied over the design of pattern layer and containing resiliency imparting agent or resiliency assistant.
