ABSTRACT A container of generally truncated prismatic form and adapted to hold potable liquids and other foodstuffs. The container is fashioned from a single piece of paperboard coated with a layer of polyethylene on at least one surface and preferably both surfaces. The container is tapered and is closed at its bottom. Prior to filling and subsequent use of the container, the containers may be nested, whereby a single container may be iteratively removed from the nested stack for use. The container is provided with a top sealing, denesting flap which is tacked at spaced portions therealong to define a skirt having bulged segments.
