Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, dune part, au moins un principe actif contre des virus aux bactéries responsables desdites maladies sexuellement transmissibles et, d'autre part, un produit inhibiteur de pénétration dudit principe actif a travers une muqueuse, en combinaison avec un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable adapté a une administration par voie topique de cette composition. Avantageusement, le produit inhibiteur de penetration est un filmogène apte à former un film auquel le ou les principes actifs sont associés.
