The method fox distortions removal from bended pipes using flame and/or laser heating followed by water ox air cooling, has the task of shaping improvement of banded steel pipes. The method is proper for manually as well as fox a computer aid shape cox rection process. The respective process may be carried out independent of any specialized working place. The method uses adequate equipment for heating/cooling operations such as torches or laser and water nozzles and hacks, clamps for 1. avoiding ox removing the eventual distortions. The level of heating being below the critical transformation point, the integrity of the material structure is ensured. The control of heating is performed with tempil stick or automatically in case of the computerized aid process. The effect of distortions removal from distorted area is obtained applying controlled patch of heating/cooling upon that zone. For an increasing of the distortions removal effect, the method uses external forces applied upon the pipe at the required distorted zone.
