ABSTRACT Novel imidazolecarboxamides of the following struc- ture are useful as antiallergy agents Image wherein Q and T are oxygen or a divalent sulfur; R is hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl or benzoyl; R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or CF3; R2 is NH2, -NH(R3)5) or -N(R3)(R6); R5 is C1-4 alkyl, pyridinyl, phenyl or substituted phenyl; R4 is C1-4 alkyl and the pharmaceuti- cally acceptable salts thereof.
