The invention concerns a method for generating a carbon-carbon or carbon-heteroatom linkage by reacting an unsaturated compound bearing a leaving group and a nucleophilic compound. The invention also concerns generating a carbon-nitrogen linkage using a process for arylation of nitrogenous organic derivatives. The inventive method for generating a carbon-carbon or carbon-heteroatom linkage by reacting an unsaturated compound bearing a leaving group and a nucleophilic compound inputting a carbon atom or a heteroatom (HE) capable of being substituted for the leaving group thereby creating a C-C or C-HE linkage is characterized in that the reaction is carried out in the presence of an efficient amount of a catalyst based on a metal element M selected in the group (VIII), (Ib) and (IIb) of the periodic table of elements and at least a ligand at least bidentate comprising at least two chelating atoms which are at least an oxygen atom and at least a nitrogen atom.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de création d'une liaison carbone-carbone ou carbone-hétéroatome par réaction d'un composé insaturé porteur d'un groupe partant et d'un composé nucléophile. L'invention vise notamment la créaction de liaison carbone-azote selon un procédé d'arylation de dérivés organiques azotés.Le procédé, selon l'invention, de création d'une liaison carbone-carbone ou carbone-hétéroatome par réaction d'un composé insaturé porteur d'un groupe partant et d'un composé nucléophile apportant un atome de carbone ou un hétéroatome (HE) susceptible de se substituer au groupe partant créant ainsi une liaison C-C ou C-HE est caractérisé par le fait que la réaction a lieu en présence d'une quantité efficace d'un catalyseur ô base d'un élément métallique M choisi dans le groupe (VIII), (Ib) et (IIb) de la classification périodique des éléments et d'au moins un ligand au moins bidenté comprenant au moins deux atomes de chélation qui sont au moins un atome d'oxygène et au moins un atome d'azote.
