Techniques for reconciliation and remediation of messages sent by a server for storage in an archive are described. Some techniques may comprise receiving a message to be reconciled corresponding to a message sent by a server to be stored in an archive. The received message may be categorized for reconciliation, and a delivery confu-mation query may be issued to the archive according to categorization of the message for reconciliation. Based on the response to the delivery confu-mation query, it can be determined with certainty whether the message sent to the archive for storage is indeed stored at the archive. Other embodi-ments are described and claimed.
Linvention concerne des techniques de réconciliation et de remédiation des messages envoyés par un serveur en vue de leur stockage dans une archive. Certaines techniques peuvent inclure la réception dun message à réconcilier correspondant à un message envoyé par un serveur en vue de son stockage dans une archive. Le message reçu peut être classé dans la catégorie des réconciliations et une demande de confirmation de remise peut être émise vers larchive en fonction de la catégorie du message de réconciliation. Suivant la réponse à la demande de confirmation de remise, il est possible de déterminer avec certitude si le message envoyé à larchive en vue de son stockage est effectivement stocké dans larchive.
