An anchoring bracket designed for the purpose of securing plumbing water supply lines during the soldering and connection operations and can be employed as a reuseable or permanent holding and clamping device. An anchoring bracket with accompanying mounting members which are attached to the bracket. The bracket consists of a head with two parallel and longitudinal mounting arms which are connected at the head. Individual arms have internal diameters which are positioned in a linear direction and being parallel to each other. Each diameter contains a mounting fastener which is utilized as the bracket fastening device.
