The present invention relates to a membrane comprising at least one positively charged, synthetic, hydrophobic polymer, at least one hydrophilic polymer and at least one plasticizer; wherein said membrane is flexible and is capable of supporting at least one of cell adherence, cell proliferation or cell differentiation. The invention further relates to use of a membrane of the invention in the preparation of an implantable devices including cell delivery systems, cell growing surfaces and scaffolds. The invention further provides methods for promoting tissue regeneration in a defected tissue region applying membranes of the invention.
La présente invention concerne une membrane comprenant au moins un polymère hydrophobe, synthétique et positivement chargé, au moins un polymère hydrophile et au moins un plastifiant. Cette membrane est souple et permet au moins un des processus suivants : l'adhérence cellulaire, la prolifération cellulaire ou la différenciation cellulaire. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'une membrane de l'invention pour la préparation de dispositifs implantables, dont des systèmes d'administration de cellules, des surfaces de croissance cellulaire et des échafaudages. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes permettant de favoriser la régénération tissulaire dans une zone comportant des pertes de substance tissulaire, par application des membranes de l'invention.
