Vectors useful for the particularly oral or parenteral delivery of preferably medicinal or nutritional active principles are disclosed. The technical problem solved is that of providing vectors consisting of strong, low-cost polyaminoacid-based nano- or microparticles having a controllable particle size and being inert to the active principle. Said particles have an average size of less than 200 mu m and consist of a Leu/Glu-type polyaminoacid, where Leu/Glu + Leu >/= 3 % and the Mw >/= 4000 D.
La présente invention concerne les vecteurs utiles pour l'administration de principes actifs (PA), de préférence médicamenteux ou nutritionnels, notamment par voie orale ou parentérale. Le problème technique résolu par l'invention est celui consistant en la fourniture de vecteurs formés par des (nano) ou (micro)particules à base de polyaminoacides, et qui soient inertes vis-à-vis du PA (protéines), de granulométrie contrôlable, résistantes et économiques. Conformément à l'invention, les particules ont une taille moyenne inférieure à 200 µm et sont constituées d'un polyaminoacide du type Leu/Glu, dans lequel Leu/Glu + Leu >= 3 % et la M W >= 4000 D.
