The invention relates to a process for the hydroconversion, in an ebullated bed, of a petroleum feedstock containing a significant amount of light fractions and, inter alia, asphaltenes, sulphur-containing and metallic impurities. More precisely, the subject of the invention is a hydroconversion process that uses at least one ebullated-bed reactor for which the injection of the feedstock is carried out at the top of said reactor, in the overhead and that includes a separation within said feedstock inside the reactor into a vaporized fraction and a liquid fraction. The invention also relates to the reactor that makes it possible to carry out said process.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydroconversion en lit bouillonnant d'une charge pétrolière contenant une quantité significative de fractions légères et, entre autres, des asphaltènes, des impuretés soufrées et métalliques. Plus précisément, l'objet de l'invention est un procédé d'hydroconversion mettant en oeuvre au moins un réacteur en lit bouillonnant pour lequel l'injection de la charge est effectuée en tête dudit réacteur, dans le ciel gazeux et incluant une séparation au sein de ladite charge à l'intérieur du réacteur en une fraction vaporisée et une fraction liquide. L'invention porte également sur le réacteur permettant de mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
