ABSTRACT A holder for firmly securing containers of cello-wrap usually to the bottom side of kitchen cabinets or shelves. In this way the cello-wrap is readily available when required but not in the way. Loss of ends and mutilation of the cello-wrap is eliminated. The holder can easily be removed for loading refills or other cello-wrap dispensers. The original cello-wrap container may become a permanent dispenser eliminating the need for refills which have cardboard containers and cutting edges. The holder has a viewing port so that one may observe the amount of wrap remaining on the roll or cartridge. The holder ends are identical and separated for adjustment to various widths of cello-wrap. The front or back of the holder/dispenser is enhanced with a plastic strip for desired colour co-ordination. -1-
