In a transport apparatus for thin, board-shaped substrates, for example printed circuit boards, which are conveyed through a coating installation and the like, in order to simplify manipulation there is provided a frame (1) for holding a substrate (7), tensioning elements (4) being arranged spaced from one another on frame members (2), lying opposite one another, of the frame (1), which tensioning elements (4) engage the edge of the substrate and tension the substrate, the frame (1) being provided with a device (16) which serves to provide connection to a conveyor belt or the like.
L'invention concerne un appareil de transport pour des substrats en forme de plaquettes minces, par exemple, des plaquettes de circuits imprimés, qui sont transportées dans une installation de revêtement et similaire, afin de simplifier les manipulations. Cet appareil comprend un châssis (1) pour supporter un substrat (7) avec des éléments de mise sous tension (4) espacés les uns des autres sur des éléments de châssis (2), situés en regard l'un par rapport à l'autre. Ces éléments de mise sous tension (4) viennent se mettre en prise avec le bord du substrat et mettent le substrat sous tension. Le châssis (1) est pourvu d'un dispositif (16) qui assure les raccordements à un convoyeur à bande ou similaire.
