Abstract of the Disclosure Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers having a specific vinyl acetate comonomer content of between about 40.5 - 42.5% (by weight) based upon the total weight of ethylene comonomer and vinyl acetate comonomer repeat units present in the copolymer and a molecular weight of between about 9500 and 11,500 are surprisingly effective as pour point depressants in distillate fuels such as diesel and #2 fuel oil.
