Provided are methods for obtaining in vivo expression of a polynucleotide sequence placed under the control of a retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cell- or Muller cell-specific promoter in mammalian host organisms. Genetic constructs comprising an RPE or Muller cell-specific promoter and a degradation-inhibitor nucleotide sequence are introduced into the subretinal space of the host and specifically expressed in RPE cells or Muller cells.
Méthodes permettant d'obtenir in vivo l'expression d'une séquence polynucléotidique placée sous la commande d'un promoteur spécifique de cellules épithéliales pigmentaires rétiniennes (RPE) ou de cellules de Müller chez des organismes hôtes mammifères. Des produits de recombinaison génétique comportant un promoteur spécifique de cellules RPE ou de Müller et une séquence nucléotidique inhibitrice de dégradation sont introduits dans l'espace sous-rétinien de l'hôte et exprimés spécifiquement dans des cellules RPE ou des cellules de Müller.
