Signal Light Vest for riders of non-enclosed vehicles, comprises of a signaling apparatus and signaling operating system integrated into a Vest member, wherein the wearer is able to indicate the left turn signal, right turn signal, yield signal, hazard signal, and plurality of signaling modes. The Signal Light Vest 10 includes four signal lamp assemblies 15 attached to the front left, front right, back left, back right which electrically communicates with the main controller assembly 16, and with the power source in battery assembly 17 which is controlled by plurality of preliminary switch assemblies 18 and secondary switch assemblies 58,59,60 and sends said switching signal data to the lamp assemblies 15 through the microcontroller assembly 51 according to preprogrammed, predetermined signal commands, wherein said signal lamps 15 perform sequences of colors and sequences of signals to indicate the left turn signal, right turn signal, yield signal, hazard signal, including "X' mode, American/European mode, SFX mode, Jog mode. The system also comprises of a method that the Signal Light Vest 10 operates by a remote control assembly 58, sensor control assembly 59 and voice control assembly 60, and changeable color lenses and lights, wherein said Signal Light Vest 10 to be used Internationally according to any non-enclosed vehicle rules posed by any state or country.
