The pyridazino-, pyrimido-, pyrazino- and triazino-indoles according to the invention are prepared by reaction of the phenylacetic acid derivatives substituted by theappropriate heterocycles, if appropriate in an activated form, with phenylglycinols. The heterocyclically fused indoles are suitable as active compounds in medicaments, in particular in medicaments having antiatherosclerotic activity.

Les pyridazino-, pyrimido-, pyrazino- et triazino-indoles, selon la présente invention, sont préparés par réaction des dérivés d'acide phénylacétique remplacés par les hétérocycles appropriés, si nécessaire, dans une forme activée, avec des phénylglycinols. Les indoles fondus hétérocycliquement conviennent en tant que composants actifs dans les médicaments, particulièrement ceux qui ont une activité anti-athérosclérotique.
