ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A rolling massage device for massaging skin areas and reflex zones of the human body includes at least one shaft mounted on a handle and massage rings or rolling bodies which are freely rotatably mounted on the shaft. The massage rings or rolling bodies have prong-like, tooth-like, or needle-like projections which are preferably uniformly distributed in circumferential direction. The massage rings or rolling bodies are spaced apart from each other by means of spacer rings which are also mounted on the shaft. Each massage ring or rolling body is provided with a double row or multiple rows of projections. The rows of projections have a predetermined or fixed lateral spacing between each other. The projections of adjacent rows of projections are arranged staggered relative to each other in circumferential direction.
